In June 2024, the Foundation secured planning permission to redevelop the site of Edward House into 16 one-bedroom sheltered flats. We are working with Mole Architects, who have provided the following artist’s impression and drawings, and Cocksedge Building Contractors. It is anticipated that the flats will be ready for occupation in 2028.
